• Notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment

We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice.

5. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing is based on the scope of work, frequency of service, and size of the premises. We provide custom quotes for each client based on their specific needs.

We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, e-transfers, and cash. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged in advance. For recurring services, we may require a credit card on file for automatic billing.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to provide the highest quality cleaning services. If you are not completely satisfied with our work, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will return to address any issues at no additional cost.
